There is just so much to say and I don’t even know where to begin. There are so many feelings and emotions and snippets of time from the past 3 days that I want to lock away in a box so I will never forget them. My mind is still a bit of a jumbled mess from all of it honestly so I’ll work on some more “in depth” writing in the next week or so.
Introducing Chase
Born May 21, 5:54 am via c-section
8lbs 13 oz (although suprisingly not chubby just very long)
22 in long
perfect in every way imaginable.

said:Congratulations…what a beautiful baby! Let all the good advice from well meaning family members go in one ear and right on out the other, they do it out of love but it’s annoying just the same.
And there I am giving some advice of my own…since I’m on a roll here is some more…rest, it takes time to recover from a c-section and care for a newborn. Enjoy the new addition and all the miracles of having such a wonderful addition to the family.
